Artistic Overview:
The scene where Bill is too drunk to listen to the Duchess presents a wonderful opportunity for thunder and voiceovers. The recorded voices were augmented with heavy reverb and pitched down for extra effect. On stage, the singers were amplified with heavy reverb as well for the number following the sound cue: Noblesse Oblige.
