Leo Chavolla
Leo Chavolla is a theatre and music artist specializing in sound design and engineering. Chavolla seeks to use his formal and informal musical training to create meaningful sound environments. His sound design for the play Dr. Faustus earned him a fellowship at the Kennedy Center American College Theatre National Festival in 2024.
Leo has had the privilege of performing a wide variety of roles. Recent highlights include bass trombonist for the Isthmus Brass, third trombonist for the La Crosse Jazz Orchestra, sound designer for Dr. Faustus at UW-La Crosse, and lead electrician for The Wolves at UW-La Crosse.
